Terms of service

These terms are a draft for the SteadyRoute Systems workspace. An attorney will review them before launch. They are not legal advice.

The service

SteadyRoute is self-serve software for home-service companies. You get your own login and settings, a starter price list for your trade, a branded request page, instant draft estimates from that price list, email alerts, and follow-ups on days 3, 7, and 14.

Price and cancellation

The current price is $197 per month. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. After you cancel, access follows the subscription state.

Your estimates

You set the prices. A draft will not invent a price that is not in your price list. You approve an estimate before it is emailed. You are responsible for the customers you contact and for the content you send. Follow-ups stop when the customer accepts, declines, or unsubscribes.

Texts

Text from my phone opens the messages app on your phone with the estimate link filled in. SteadyRoute does not send that message.

Acceptable use

Do not try to read another company’s data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful messages. Each company’s records stay separate.

Availability

The service is provided as available. We monitor health around the clock. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted.
