Which trades is this for?
Built for home service businesses. Each company gets a starter price list for its trade and can edit every line.
How does an instant draft use my prices?
The draft is built automatically from your price list. It does not invent a price. If a service is missing a price, or the description is uncertain, that line is flagged for you instead of being guessed.
Does anything get emailed before I approve it?
No. You review the draft, change lines if you want, and approve it. Only then does the customer get the estimate email.
When do follow-ups stop?
Follow-up emails go out on day 3, day 7, and day 14 after you send. They stop when the customer accepts, declines, or unsubscribes. You can edit the templates and turn follow-ups off.
Is each company’s data private?
Yes. Each company has its own login and settings. One company’s requests, price list, and customers are not shown to another company.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. The workspace follows the subscription after that.
What does the monthly price include?
The price is $197 per month. Everything on the pricing page is included.
Do you send text messages?
No. Text from my phone opens the messages app on your own phone with the estimate link filled in. SteadyRoute does not send the text.
