SteadyRoute Systems runs the site at steadyroutesystems.com and the workspace at app.steadyroutesystems.com. This draft describes what the product stores today. An attorney will review it before launch.

Company accounts

When you create a workspace we store the login, the business details you enter, your logo and colors, your price list, and the email templates you edit. Each company has its own login and settings.

Your customers

People who use your request page can send a name, email, phone, address, job description, and photos. Those records belong to your company. They are not shown to other companies. Estimate email and follow-ups on days 3, 7, and 14 include your company name, address, and an unsubscribe link. Follow-ups stop when the customer accepts, declines, or unsubscribes.

This website’s contact form

If you write to us, we store your name, email, phone, and message so we can reply. The form is rate limited. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and health checks

Signing in sets a session cookie for your company. A separate cookie is used only for SteadyRoute platform administrators. Health checks confirm the service is up. They are not used to advertise.
